The Cars drove onto the scene in the late 1970’s. It featured Rick Ocasek as singer and guitarist, singer and bassist Benjamin Orr,  guitarist Elliot Easton, keyboardist Greg Hawkes and drummer David Robinson.  The band broke up in 1988, and Orr unfortunately died in 2000 from pancreatic cancer.
